How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from Charlotte, NC. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via UPS Ground depending on your location. Products from The Doux ship within 3-4 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer competitive flat-rate shipping. For the latest shipping rates, add items to your cart and enter your zip code at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at (844) 621-5787 to initiate a return.
How do I exchange a product?

Are your products authentic?
Yes — every product is sourced directly from authorized distributors. We are an authorized retailer for all brands we carry including Olaplex, Bumble and Bumble, Living Proof, OUAI, Redken, Kevin Murphy, and more.
How does D'yette choose which products to carry?
D'yette hand-selects every product based on 32 years of salon experience. She only carries products she personally uses with clients and trusts for results.

AI Hair Analysis

How does the AI hair analysis work?
Upload a clear photo of your hair and our AI analyzes your hair type, texture, color, and condition. Based on this analysis, D'yette's curated product recommendations are matched to your specific needs.
Is my photo stored or shared?
No. Your photo is processed only to generate your personalized recommendations and is not stored on our servers or shared with any third party.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
The AI provides personalized recommendations based on visible hair characteristics. For medical hair or scalp concerns, we recommend consulting a dermatologist. The AI is a styling tool, not a medical diagnostic.

Curbside Pickup

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Curbside pickup is available for Charlotte-area clients. Enter your zip code during checkout to check eligibility. Pickup is from our location at 1515 Burtonwood Cir, Charlotte, NC.
