Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Curbside Pickup (Charlotte Clients Only)
Curbside pickup is available for existing Charlotte-area clients. You can check eligibility during checkout by entering your zip code. We'll contact you within 24 hours to coordinate pickup details.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us.
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be in their original, unused condition

- Information you submit through forms, including optional AI scanner photo uploads and customer reviews
AI Scanner Photos
Photos uploaded to the AI scanner are used only to generate your requested recommendation during that session.
- We do not use scanner photos for advertising, marketing, analytics profiling, or resale
- We do not use scanner photos to train our own models
- We do not store scanner photos in customer profiles or order history
- If you do not want to upload a photo, you can use the no-photo quiz flow on the hair analysis page
How We Use Your Information
- Process payments and fulfill orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support responses
- Provide product recommendations when requested
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized transactions
- Improve site performance and customer experience
Payments and Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Square. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Square may collect and process payment and transaction information according to Square's privacy terms.
When enabled, order confirmation emails may be sent through Google Workspace (Gmail API). Your email address is used only for transactional communication related to your order.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers needed to run the store (for example: payment processing, shipping, and transactional email delivery).
Data Retention
We retain order and transaction records for operational, tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
